I see an addiction specialist for opiate addiction as well as just being plain fucking nuts. The doc is truly the best Dr. I have ever met and appears to be fairly open minded.
Here is my problem: Since I am prescribed Suboxone which is a Schedule 3 narcotic as well as an amphetamine for ADD which is a Schedule 2 drug. I am only asked to provide urine 1-2 times a year since I am doing exceptionally well. Now that I am smoking again my urine will no longer be clean. [b]Synthetic urine won’t work [/B]since it won’t have the Suboxone or amphetamine in it.
It appears that the only option is to either tell him the truth and explain that my back pain disappears after I smoke or to hope that his urine test only checks for opiates.
My big concern is that he will be forced to "tighten down" on me to cover his ass and I will be required to see him every month instead of every 3 months. Finding a Dr. that prescribes Schedule 2 narcotics for 3 months at a time is extremely rare and I don’t want to ruin such a great relationship built over 3 years.

There is no way to provide a "Clean Sample" correct?
