Corned Beef. World’s greatest tasting meat? I think so! Anyone else have a major affinity for anything with corned beef in it? If so, leave your recipes! I have one to get us started. Try to think outside the box a little, we all know reuben sandwiches are fucking delicious.

By the way, this recipe makes a shit load, so scale it down if need be.

Corned Beef and Veggie Soup

1 can of sweet corn
1 can of peas, or substitute green beans if you don’t like peas
1 12-15.25oz can of tomato juice
1/2 of a head of cabbage
4-5 large potatoes
And I like to use a can of corned beef hash but you can just get some corned beef and break it up if you want.

then basically just cook the potatoes until they’re almost done and drain them. Then take and put all the stuff into a big ol’ pot and bring it to a boil and salt and pepper to taste then you have some bad ass soup to eat for a week.
