Marijuana Reform News and Cannabis Legal Talk!
The Minnesota State chapter of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws is in the process of trying to gain some momentum on campus. Though NORML is a national organization lobbying for the rights of cannabis consumers since 1970, the group was new to MSU in the fall.
