“Jacksonville Jaguars receiver Reggie Williams, a former Washington Huskies standout, was charged with driving under the influence and possession of marijuana after being arrested during a traffic stop at about 2 a.m. Friday.
John Cannon, Houston police-department spokesman, said the 25-year-old Williams was arrested after officers smelled alcohol on his breath and a “strong odor” of marijuana in his vehicle. A search of the vehicle revealed a small amount of marijuana in its console, Cannon said.
